Menor is now such a respected striking coach to many of the well known MMA superstars, that even Randy Couture and Ken Shamrock have come to him for training.
He has been on several National and International magazines:

Kakutogi Japan, 2001- SRXDX Japan ).
Menor has traveled Nationally conducting seminars in San Diego and L.A. with Pud Pad Noy 'Golden Leg' (1996), Coban (1997), and Samart Payakaroon (1998). He has also conducted seminars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Through the years, since opening his own school in 1996, some of his students have achieved state and International titles: Harry Vacarro (UWMTA Middleweight Muay Thai Titile-1996), Marlowe McCray (UWMTF-1998 IKBL-2000, IAMTF 2001), Adam Garcia (IAMTF Middleweight Title-1998), Eric Utch (IAMTF Middleweight title-2003), Lawson Baker (IKKC Cruiserweight title-2004), Luis Bio (ITBO Mexico National Muay Thai title-2005).
